Job Description :
Required Skills:

· 5+ years IT business analysis and/or IT data analysis experience including experience gathering and writing requirements with a solid understanding of data storage structures

· 3+ Experience developing SQL queries

· 3+ Experience working with large databases

· 3+ Experience in analysis of business processes and workflows, and providing evaluations, benchmarks, and/or process improvement recommendations

· Expertise in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

· Project coordination, people and end customer facing skills and strong communication skills

· Mentoring co-workers



ANY ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE OR SKILL SETS WILL BE BENEFICAL FOR THE POSITION:



Preferred Skills:

· Healthcare domain experience

· Medicaid / Medicare subject matter experience

· ETL / Data Warehousing background

· Experience in Teradata Database

· Experience in any Reporting / Analytics Tool

· Experience in SharePoint, MS Project

· Experience working in Agile environment/methodology and Agile tools (VersionOne / Rally / AgileJIRA)
