SR DEVOP’s Engineer/ArchitectClient : Experis/Yeti coolersLocation: Austin TXNo H1’s they will hire after a year or so… Sr. DevOps/Automation Engineer to support operation and future enhancements to the desktop systems. As a part of the DevOps Automation Team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining automation processes needed to build and deploy software components in Azure utilizing a customized CI/CD model. Automate everything will be your passion. You will be working in a dynamic environment within a developing DevOps Team using exciting technologies and modern practices (Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, Immutable Infrastructures, Zero Downtime Deployments, Serverless You will be also supporting incident resolutions as L3 support and influencing other teams to adopt the DevOps culturenbsp;In addition to Azure we have hosted solutions in the SAP Hana Cloud and Salesforce Demandware. Each solution presents unique challenges to monitoring the system and applications stacks. The right person has to have a Havent done that before but it looks like it will be fun to learn attitudenbsp;Responsibilities: Expands knowledge of Company operations particularly as related to assigned projects Performs routine automation assignments with minimum Managers supervision Develops an understanding of assigned application and internal customer area, standards and techniques, and general business knowledge Demonstrates understanding of departmental procedures, programming standards, and all pertinent training materials Design and develop white-box testing of applications Monitors and ensures automated processes run as expected. Responsible for remediationnbsp;Investigate, design, and implement best-in-industry, innovative technologies that will expand YETIs infrastructure through robust, automated, scalable, and adrenaline-fueled solutions Partner with engineering and operational counterparts to champion automation efforts Design, deploy and configure automation tools such as Ansible Responsible for creation of playbooks and workflows to achieve high-level of automation Contribute to the enterprise infrastructure vision and strategy Subject matter expert influencing decision makers on appropriate technology Contribute to service reliability and sustainability Research, learn and adopt to new technologies Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science or other equivalent degree/ experience. High school diploma requirednbsp;Minimum of 6 years software test automation experience, including object-oriented development, working with relational databases, and writing SQL queries or stored procedures Experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Development within large enterprise level applications Experience with development and consumption of web services preferred Experience with software design patterns Experience with Selenium WebDriver or working with Web Services and APIs Experience with mentoring other automation engineers Experience with web development programming in a client/server setup Experience building work flows and playbooks using Ansible; Experience with deploying and configuring automation tools such as Ansible, puppet or chef; Experience with Git or a similar version control tool; Required: Experience with scripting, automation, and orchestration tools such as Python or Perl or Bash; Required: Experience with automating infrastructure builds using tools such as vRealize, UCS Director, Redhat Satellite server or similar tool; Desired: Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins preferred )Please send your profiles to or call me
