Job Description:

5+ Years of Production support experience
Experience in leading large SLA based production support engagements
Experience with .Net, UNIX and SQL, Production Support, .Net, SQL, Unix, ITSM, ITIL
Strong understanding of Web servers and Database concepts
Ability to understand and Architect solutions for Production support activities
Hands on experience in handling P1 and P2 calls and resolving critical production issues
Experience in Handling and resolving Incidents based on priority and severity
Experience with various optimizing techniques in improving the performance
Experience working in Agile frame work and good understanding of agile concepts.
Healthcare industry experiences a plus.
Good Client interaction and communication.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills but not limited to: problem solving, decision making, written and oral communications along with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
