SQL Server Tabular Modeler
Description:
Individual will be responsible for help in building the CAH Management Insights platform for the CFO of CAH Med Business.
There are 3 levels of this reporting, Finance, Commercial and Profitability.
CAH is seeking an experienced Tabular Modeler
This person will be creating the tabular model that will also be connected with ASW S3 Redshift / Parkay.
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive experience in data warehouse architecture design, logical and physical data modeling, prototyping, data security & ETL process modeling in Microsoft BI stack. (MS SQL server, SSAS, Power BI)
Solid understanding of relational database theory, principles and best practices. • Experience in Microsoft SSAS tabular model with proficiency in writing complex DAX scripts to support PowerBI KPIs.
Understand and Implement complex user authentication and data access authorization security models in Analysis services tabular model.
Experience in ETL design, implementation using MS SSIS.
Highly proficient in T-SQL script development using stored procedures, views, user defined functions etc.
Strong ability to analyze data and identify data quality issues.
Intermediate to advanced understanding of the DAX (Data Analysis expressions) language
Experience with Azure Data Service and Products (ex. Data Factory, Data Lake, Data Lake Analytics) a plus
