Title: SQL Server/SSIS Developer

Engagement Description:
Primarily responsible for SQL Server SSIS development and support.
Performs technical design and development of SSIS packages. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains SQL Server processes. Ensures SDLC methodology is followed, conducts inspections and post implementation reviews. Competent to work at a high technical level for the entire application development life-cycle.
The most important must-have skills Include:
- Quantified years of experience tied to specific skills/experience, hard skills only (no soft skills like “team player” or “good communicator”)
- 5+ years of TSQL experience (SQL Server 2016/14/12)
- 4+ years of Integration, Reporting and Analysis Services experience (SSIS, SSRS & SSAS)
- 3+ years of experience with data modeling and DW architecture
Required Skills/Experience:
- Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- SSIS package development
- Advanced SQL Query language skills
- Experience with developing end-user applications and interfaces
- Experience in documenting user requirements, developing conceptual and detail design
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
- Results oriented while being flexible to adjust to a dynamic environment
- Ability to work with minimal direction while exhibiting good follow-through
- Proven problem-solving ability and good workflow analysis knowledge
- Ability to work on several assignments/projects concurrently
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years related experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2014 database development and support
- Experience with SQL Server Management Studio
- Excel macros, MS Office suite, Visio, SharePoint, DB2 databases, other PC database tools, other PC
- Experience with other reporting and data analysis tools such as SSRS.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor''s Degree in related field preferred
