Role: SQL Server Developer III
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6 Months +
Required Skills and Qualifications
Evaluate, design, code, optimize, and modify Microsoft SQL databases and database applications
Model databases and develop tables, stored procedures, views, triggers, and other database objects
Tune databases for optimum performance
Work closely with other developers to integrate databases with other applications
May involve interface development to access database
May involve a limited amount of database administration
Work under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment
Minimum of a Bachelor''s degree
Self-starter, motivated, and exceptional analytical and communication skills
Preferable Skills:
SQL Replication experience
.Net (C coding experience (entry level)
SSIS (mid-level)
Experience in the Airline Industry
Great to have :
IBM Integration Bus (IIB)
Java (entry level) - candidates with IBM (IIB) should have Java already
IBM InfoSphere
IBM CDC Replication for MS SQL Server
