Job Description:
Work with the Vocational Rehabilitation Systems team in developing and implementing SOL Server databases and migrations of existing databases. Assist VRS team with planning, developing, testing, and documenting .Net systems. Develop and implement SSIS packages/jobs to automate data transformation from an lnformix data warehouse to SQL Server databases to facilitate report generation. Assist team with planning and implementation of SQL database environments. Perform advanced development work in SSIS packages, stored procedures and other automated processes. Perform support of existing SQL Server database structures. Provide operational support by reviewing and addressing any issues in overnight batch processing of SSIS packages in DEV/QA/TRN/PRD environments. Perform other duties as assigned. Work is performed under limited supervision of VR Systems Manager with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment within the parameters of established policies and procedures

Other Special Requirements: Security Sensitive Position - fingerprint-based criminal record check is required.

Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
4 Experience using Visual Studio 2010 or Visual Studio 2012.
4 Experience in SQL Server / SSIS 2012 or 2016.
4 Experience in SQL queries, table joins, where clauses, grouping and temp tables.
4 Experience in creating tables, views, complex stored procedures.
4 Strong database administration skills.
4 Experience with importing and exporting data to and from SQL Server databases.
4 Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS
4 Skilled with code migration supporting multiple environments.
4 Experience on SQL Server Database Projects.
4 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2 Ability to work independently.
2 Ability to multi-task among assignments.
1 Knowledge of .NET and MVC web development.
