1. Expertise in MS SQL, SSIS, PL/SQL with 8-9 years of experience
2. Expertize in leading solution design , test approach for data migration and transformation projects
3. Set up best practices, coding standards, reviews, automation in testing and validations
4. Coordinate and communicate with business analyt, stake holders, development and testing teams
5. Experience in leading big team size across multiple locations. Experienced in managing team of 5-8 resource across locations.
