Job Description :
Duties:
Position will function as a SQL Programmer for design, development, testing, and deployment of reports in a SQL/Server database. Duties will include:
Learn the requirements of the application and system architecture
Develop an entity relationship diagram to depict the conceptual flow of the report(s
Develop SQL code with documentation.
Develop update and design Web sites.
Develop and maintain Crystal Reports 11x or higher.
Develop test plans prior to deployment into production.
Work closely and communicate with IT team members.
Demonstrate professional organization, documentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Attend meetings, maintain and communicate accurate status of work performed.
Special Skills:
Knowledge and experience with MS SQL Server 2008r2/2016 databases.
Demonstrated experience in MS SQL Server 2008r2/2016 Reporting Services (SSRS)
Must have five (5) or more years of SQL Server 2008r2/2016 database programming experience
Experience and skill with Microsoft SQL Server database management tools
Experience and skill with current Crystal Reports version 11x or higher.
Experience and skill with HTML/XHTML, JavaScript, Java,.NET, ASP
Experience in Server/Client side architecture.
Knowledge and experience with the operation of personal computers, standard office software, programming, and testing tools required.
Ability to communicate and translate technology and issues in understandable terms for audiences: stakeholders, end users, technical/business analyst staff, business analyst staff, and technology vendors from multiple agencies/companies
Ability to self-direct and work with minimal direction to meet critical deadlines
Ability to prepare clear, concise and detailed design, testing, system, implementation plan documentation
May be required to drive a personal motor vehicle in the course of the work
