JOB DESCRIPTION
Database management and administration methods, data integrity, security, and disaster recovery concepts
Knowledge of T-SQL and PL/SQL, experience with database packages, stored procedures, functions and triggers
MSSQL, Oracle, or other relational database administration skills in complex hosting environments
Proven experience with MSSQL and Oracle database software installations, migrations, and version upgrades
Working knowledge of Windows, UNIX (Sun Solaris preferred), and Linux (RHEL preferred) operating systems (OS), network administration and security
Knowledge in database design and modeling
Experience in database performance monitoring, tuning and database optimizations
Experience working in a team environment. Experience in a large complex Enterprise environment preferred
Use of source control and ticketing systems for managing code and tasks in a team environment
