Description:
Good knowledge on administering SQL Server 2005/2008/2008R2/2012/2014/2016
Good Knowledge on High Availability solutions like Replication, Mirroring, Log shipping
Good knowledge on Cluster and AlwaysOn, hand-son experience on Powershell and T-SQL scripting
Good understanding of the concepts of Operating Systems is required
Good knowledge on SQL server memory management
Excellent knowledge on SQL server performance tuning and troubleshooting
Good knowledge on troubleshooting SQL jobs failures
Perform proactive analysis of repetitive issues
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Should be willing to provide guidance and train team members to upskill.
Should demonstrate leadership quality.
Should be able to drive team meetings and client meetings.
Should be willing to take additional responsibilities, which could involve non-technical work.
Co-ordinate Onshore/Offshore team
