* Key : 3+ years of Data Conversion experience using Syteline ERP for migration /upgrade is required


SUMMARY
The core responsibility of the Data Conversion Specialist is to work with Business analyst and BI Developers to conduct ERP requirements, map out the domain values and validate the conversion and loading process into Syteline ERP. This would also include design and development of T-SQL programs using SQL Server to support conversion and validations.

The role will also require interactions with business users and infrastructure support teams so must have strong communication skills, be a team player, as well as ability to effectively prioritize and manage a wide variety of tasks.

FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES
Conduct analysis of legacy systems and databases and produces Data Mapping for extracts
Define data integrity and cleansing requirements for the Transformation of data
Creation of detailed specification for data processing
Testing of conversion programs in succession (assembly test) in order to identify programmatic dependencies
Lead and execute onsite conversion test runs in order to obtain progrun times, and conversion progissues related to data or mapping issues.
Creates data verification plans
Prepare documentation for procedures, programs, user manuals, and others.
Create/maintain project documents to successfully implement IT-based solutions including: Project Plans, Functional/Technical Design documents
Works with other team members as needed to implement solutions in a timely manner and meet deadlines
Assist management with prioritization of projects and establishing accurate timelines for implementation
Other duties and responsibilities performed as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
3+ years of Data Conversion experience using Syteline ERP for migration /upgrade is required
5+ years of experience in writing T-SQL scripts on various versions of SQL server
5+ years of experience in using SSMS for design of tables, views, common table expressions, foreign key constraints, and stored procedures
2+ years of experience related to SSIS for data integration/ETL technologies
3+ years of experience with complete SDLC life cycle in this area, including but not limited to requirements gathering, data analysis, design, development, QA, deployment
3+ years of experience related to Syteline ERP is highly required with focus on multi-site
2+ years of experience related to SSIS is preferred
Strong analytical, attention to detail, organizational and core project management skills
Strong teamwork, communication and customer service skills
