Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability for the various system users.
Provide root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements.
Ensure functionality and usability of custom-built software applications.
Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations tasks required for the ongoing functionality of the software applications.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Application Support.
Advanced skill in configuring and supporting software applications.
Strong knowledge in writing complex PL/SQL queries.
Strong software development and debug/troubleshooting skills.
Experienced in Salesforce Administration.
Experienced in Tivoli/Job Scheduler.
Experienced in Incident & Problem Management.
