Job Title: SQA Engineer – CRM

SUMMARY
The candidate will be responsible for verifying and automating several CRM flows, Data and Portals as requested by different user groups in the company. This is a cross functional responsibility involving Development, IT, Customer Care, Sales and Marketing groups. Successful candidate will have the ability to understand major systems architecture and technologies and excellent debugging technique.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting other team members and users for testing and training of CRM process, flows and portal features.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Well experienced on working with off shore teams.
Ability to analyze project documents in order to prepare effective test plans and test cases.
Will be responsible for testing CRM data, various flows, reports and portals.
Will be responsible of training the users on new changes
Will be responsible of creating data and for testing of various Flows
Will be responsible for creating automation framework for testing of various portals
Team Work: Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities. Willing to go the extra mile to accomplish team goals, must be driven.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· BS in Computer Science or equivalent required.
· MS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
· 5 – 7 years of work experience as a SQA engineer.
· Must have 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce QA tester, involved in all phases of QA for small to large enterprise Salesforce projects
· Must have experience in planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems and batch processes
· Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality
· Experience with Salesforce page layouts, profiles, permissions, workflows, and approval processes
· Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, high demand and fast paced environment.
· Must have effective communication skills to share testing knowledge and test strategy in a collaborative atmosphere in order to lead and influence positive quality results among other test teams.
· SFDC portal Automation experience is preferred
· Must have experience in developing test strategies, and managing all aspects of software testing and defect management (manage defect calls)
· Must be able to understand project and business objectives.
· Proficient in SQL for database testing
· Working knowledge of softw
