Position:SPARX Admin
Location : Collierville,TN
Job description :
Infrastructure Support: Process to add new users to existing SPARX instance.
Support new Enterprise Instance: Infrastructure Design Process Activities.
Enterprise VM acquisition: engage in Arch Delivery Process for VMs (dev/test/prod) and additional infrastructure, such as load balancers.
Establish architecture use case models & artifact storage guidelines (i.e. age, number of versions, etc., based on database/VM capacity
Establish versioning control polices for models and artifacts.
Account for Legal restrictions by company: segregation of data (Role-based view based on opco alignment)
Integrate available EAI, Platinum Exchange Services (if needed): determine if OSLC API (a REST-ful API into Pro Cloud Server) can be utilized to exchange info between the SPARX model repo and other systems.
Establish service metrics/ SLAs for customers, including global support model (assuming all SPARX instances located in US data centers
Support model for license management
Skills:
8-10 Year of hand on experience in supporting SPARK product suite.
Windows and Unix hands on experience.
In-depth knowledge on updating, setting up new SPARKS instance License management Establish version control policies, Establish architecture use case models & artifact storage guidelines, Enterprise VM acquisition: engage in Arch Delivery Process for VMs (dev/test/prod) and additional infrastructure, such as load balancers.
