Should be Tech Lead and should drive project work independently. Good with Communication. Should work with offshore
Proficient in SOA [ BPEL / Mediator / XSLT / JMS / DB Adapter / File Adapters ] – Should be strong and hands on.
Good if have OTM Integration knowledge.
Good if we have Java hands on Knowledge / ADF Knowledge - high level.
Debugging skill using unix
Good if knows ODI
5+ years Strong hands on experience with Oracle SOA 11g/12c
Must possess exceptional problem-solving abilities
