Expert level knowledge of Siteminder SSO
Dedicated on shore resource
Must have strong consulting and client facing skills
Standard working hours (8x5) and on-call for after-hours support for break/fix
Responsibilities
Ongoing maintenance and administration support for Siteminder SSO in all environments (Test, Production, and Federal)
o Ensure services are running and available at all times
o Respond to Request and Incident tickets in accordance to company SLAs
o Patch systems in accordance to company policy
o Perform application upgrades
o Troubleshoot issues with on boarded applications and the product itself
o Implement improvements / efficiencies in the product
