Title: SFDC Wave Analytics
Location: Portland, OR
Experience: 6 to 15 yrs
Duration: 6 Months
JD:
Create and maintain dashboards on the Wave Platform that conform to certain aesthetics of a particular team.
Using SAQL (Salesforce Analytical Query Language) whenever applicable.
Create creative workarounds for issues that are due to product limitations
Provision user access to wave analytics
Manage frequent data uploads for end user dashboard
Work with cross functional teams to collaborate on solution approach
Manage and provide admin support to pre-production environments
Mandatory Skills:
Experience with the Wave platform or any other dash boarding tool
Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups
Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality
Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus
Strong research and problem solving abilities are required
Excellent Skill with Excel to manage data feeds
Must be proactive and focused on attention to details
Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities
Must be able to work well in a team environment
Must be results and service oriented and able to move forward without complete information
Must be process oriented and able to develop light wait processes and documentation to manage user requests
Must be focused on developing testing scenario, UAT validation and testing
