· Create and maintain dashboards on the Wave Platform that conform to certain aesthetics of a particular team.
· Using SAQL (Salesforce Analytical Query Language) whenever applicable.
· Create creative workarounds for issues that are due to product limitations
· Provision user access to wave analytics
· Manage frequent data uploads for end user dashboard
· Work with cross functional teams to collaborate on solution approach
· Manage and provide admin support to pre-production environments
Mandatory Skills:
· Experience with the Wave platform or any other dashboarding tool
· Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups
· Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality
· Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus
· Strong research and problem solving abilities are required
· Excellent Skill with Excel to manage data feeds
· Must be proactive and focused on attention to details
· Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities
· Must be able to work well in a team environment
· Must be results and service oriented and able to move forward without complete information
· Must be process oriented and able to develop light wait processes and documentation to manage user requests
· Must be focused on developing testing scenario, UAT validation and testing
