Experience: 8 to 12 yrs
JD: MANDATORY SKILLS HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW
Minimum 5yrs of Salesforce.com experience
Certified in Salesforce Service & Sales cloud
Hands -on person on Salesforce.com configuration
Customer Facing with combination of Business & Functional skills
Strong Customer Facing and able to understand Customers requirements and pain points; and capable to map functional requirements with SFDC
Design and Lead functional testing and ensure customer acceptability of the delivered solution
Deep knowledge of the Salesforce product lines – Force.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
Excellent Communication skills.
Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills
Experience with full project lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
