Job Description:
10+ years of overall experience with at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of SFDC solutions, including ownership of the technical solution and management of the overall team.
Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills.
4+ years of experience in onsite technical roles, with strong expertise in at least two of the following areas/modules:
o Sales Cloud
o Service Cloud
o App Cloud/Force.com platform
Must have Salesforce knowledge on Configuration, Customization & Integration.
Experience with delivering programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and community cloud solutions.
Superior Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Visualforce, REST, APIs, SOQL, XML, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Strong understanding of the banking/LS industry and associated technology consulting markets,
