This person will be critical with Service Cloud application deployment and configuration.

Responsibilities:
Assist Solutions Engineer and Solution Architect in Service Cloud Design phase.
Prepare configured demo Service Cloud application with all requisite data for product demonstrations to Business
Assist Solutions Engineer/Architect in responding to Business requests information
Provide configuration workbook for configuration changes
Provide technical support and development capacity to the Solution Engineer onStrong SFDC Service Cloud Application
o Strong SFDC Lightning configuration
o Medium SFDC Trigger – Apex development to integrate SFDC and Veeva Application
o Medium Knowledge on the Omni Channel - Experience on Email to Case
o Light Multi-license/Multi SFDC application integration
