Hands-on experience in implementation of significant customizations using the force.com platform.
Ability to Perform configuration, customization, integration and support of Salesforce.com
Experience in customizing using apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce etc.
Ability to convert customer requirement to technical specifications
Ability to support multiple Orgs implementation in SFDC
Understanding of the Salesforce.com data model
Knowledge of salesforce recommended best practice around design and development.
SFDC Certified professionals preferred - ADM 201 / Dev 401 / Appbuilder
Experience in utilizing effective communication skills across multiple groups in technical an non-technical areas
Experience in tasks like deployments to different environments, code merge etc.
