Provide Production Support for the Customer Engagement Center and HR Engagement Center applications which are both Saleforce.com Service Cloud implementations as well as the IDS Integrations Platform 
Experience Required: 
Certified Salesforce Admin 
Certified Salesforce Developer

Deep Knowledge of Salesforce: 
Overall Service Cloud
Email to Case 
Web to Case 
Live Agent Chat 
Knowledge 
Understanding of Azure Access Provisioning 
Ability to perform configurations and customization of Salesforce Service Cloud implementation at UPS (CEC & HREC applications) 
Experience with Salesforce Sandboxes and overall all Salesforce environment management 
Experience with Salesforce upgrade cycles and implementation of those upgrades into the CEC & HREC applications including the implementing the upgrades, verification of the changes and full end-to-end testing of CEC and HREC
TFS code repository (management, check in/check out, versioning, best practices)
Experience working with AppExchange and its applications, installation, upgrades, management, best practices
