5-7 years of SalesForce Development
o Advanced workflows
o automation of the SFDC platform
o Complex configurations
o Heavy customization experience
o Ability to create ques/triggers using Apex programming
o Strong experience accessing and using Salesforce API''s
o Visualforce page development experience
o SalesForce Schema Experience (extending components within the database)
Experience gathering requirements from the business
Background in Java Development
Lightning migration or implementation experience - they are likely migrating to this next year
