Our exciting and rapidly scaling SaaS client is seeking a SFDC Business Systems Senior Analyst within their GTM Strategy team. This company is scaling rapidly and our contractors have been delighted with their employee experience in this client environment.
Position Description: Business Systems Senior Analyst – GTM Strategy will be responsible for crafting internal go-to-market (GTM) system processes and drive strategic business decisions. The Business Operations team is looking for a Systems Analyst to partner with our GTM Strategy Team (Marketing, Sales, Business Development & Deal Desk) to plan, design and test solutions to support and optimize GTM Operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Primary Business Systems liaison to the Sales Strategy & GTM Operations Organization team acting as the consultative partner to providing timely remediation, support, and strategic mentorship to ensure business objectives are met.
Responsible for end to end solution design and delivery – from requirements gathering, testing, through deployment – to ensure effective business system tools design and implementation.
Provide incident management support (JIRA) for key business applications and coordinate support with our vendors and key partners in internal groups. Lead the GTM Systems roadmap
Serve as main point of contact and project coordinator for GTM Systems, Process and corresponding enhancements.
Required Education and Experience
BA/BS in a computer science or equivalent experience.
2+ Years Salesforce SFDC Administrator experience, and working with business and operations.
Extraordinary problem solver with the ability to cross between detailed data and high-level insights.
Ability to communicate effectively cross functionally with both executive management and end users.
Qualified candidates will have demonstrated experience prioritizing and delivering against multiple project deadlines and milestones.
Experience working in a systems implementation practice, management consulting firm, or fast-growing startup environment is a plus.
