Job Description :
Roles / Responsibilities:
Problem Mgmt, Bug Fixes and Minor Enhancements (Capacity based) , On-call Support for Critical incidents if needed
Knowledge of ecommerce best practices, frameworks and tools
Customization of RFQ, Quotation
Translate business requirements into Business logic in Ecommerce platform
Release Business Logic & UI Customized package to the product development team for design and development
Develop User test case & Generate test results as part of testing
Conduct Unit testing/ Integration testing & UAT and have the issues resolved with the ‘Product Development’ team
Release the product for ‘Release Management Team’ for deployment
Go-Live support
