This position will focus on increasing traffic, engagement, and conversions across client web properties through organic search marketing efforts and optimizations. The ideal candidate will recommend, implement, and manage organic search improvements by applying SEO best practices, test & learn ideas, and latest innovations. This role will work cross functionally with internal marketing, media, product, and creative teams, as well as business stakeholders, agencies, and other partners. This position requires skills in technical SEO, site management, campaign management, reporting, and analyzing trends & insights. The right candidate will have the knack for explaining organic search principles and recommendations to all audiences, from developers to SEO novices.

Job Summary: Extensive background in Natural Search and is passionate about innovation, program development and driving results in a changing environment. Responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of the Organic Sources Digital strategy, utilizing analytics from full suite of digital strategic and optimization tactics to drive traffic.

Responsibilities :
Manage all organic sources assets
Deep subject matter expertise in organic customer traffic flow and the use of digital tools like organic sources to influence organic traffic flows
Provide feedback to internal and external contributors to ensure that content aligns to strategy and quality standards
Manage relationships across variety of organizational groups that have organic source touchpoints
Provide analysis and support for tactics as well as results
Understand how to translate, execute, and achieve business goals through Organic Source Strategies
Experience integrating Organic Content Experience into other marketing / advertising channels (paid search, paid social, offline)
Optimize online presence using best practice, local search, website(s), and social networks
Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal, quantitative and/or qualitative data into recommendations and future action plans
Serve as a subject matter expert by maintaining a pulse on the latest issues, developments, and trends in Digital Organic Search
Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally on all aspects of SEO including research, strategy, and implementation of technical SEO tactics.
Align with business owners, paid search, and campaign managers to launch and continually optimize content, performance, and rankings across client''s properties.
Assist the team is executing the holistic SEO roadmap to expand client’s organic search presence and rankings across Google, YouTube, Bing and other networks.
Perform regular data analysis of client''s properties to report performance, establish benchmarks, and compare to the competition.
Use research to define areas of opportunity for organic growth and to improve site and rank visibility.
Monitor search tools to identify technical site issues and collaborate with development partners to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of knowledge and application of SEO best practices.
Ability to document project requirements and manage timelines.
Fluent in technical SEO, in areas such as schema markup, JavaScript, and Angular
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, Botify, etc
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field of Search Engine marketing.
Strong Analytical skills to measure, manage, analyses and report on KPIs
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Expertise in page construction and development, as well as understanding of dynamic shifts in external platforms such as Google organic, social media and local search
Strong business acumen with enterprise executives
Understand social media including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Wikis, blogs, and their impact and alignment with organic
Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar
