Senior IT Recruiter:

We are currently hiring result oriented Senior IT Recruiters to work in USA job market.
The Senior Technical Recruiter provides full-cycle recruiting services to dedicated information technology business unit(s) and is responsible for providing the sourcing, qualifying and delivering diverse candidates for a wide range of positions.
Job involves recruiting candidates using job portal and other innovative sources. Should pre-screen technical and non-technical candidates for mid and senior level positions.
Required skills and experience:
ü 4 years of corporate, agency or headhunter recruiting experience with a focus on full-life cycle technical recruitment in a dynamic environment recruiting software developers, infrastructure, telephony, software engineers, application developers and IT project support candidates
ü Experience in sourcing, cold calling, screening and scheduling interviews
ü Experience in using job portals and social media
ü Good understanding about IT technologies
ü Experience in MS Office
ü Should possess strong communication & interpersonal skills
ü Experience in HR activities is a plus
