SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST – Must have healthcare claims processing experience
Location – Washington D.C. (local candidates preferred)
Duration – 1+ year contract, potential to be hired on full time
Interviews – Phone screen, face to face interview
Experis is partnering with our health insurance client who is seeking Sr. Requirements Analysts to support the 2018 Claims and Audit Portfolio in DC for 12 months+ .
These individuals will work as part of the Claims and Audit Requirements Team supporting the Statement of Work and Maintenance projects to standardize and improve claims processing.
Required Skills
Candidate must demonstrate solid knowledge of Health Care Claims processing.
Candidate must have deep knowledge/experience in using various requirements analysis techniques such as:
o Authoring Business and Functional Requirements Documents
o Business Process Modeling
o Business Rules Development
o Context Data Flow Diagram
o Entity Relationship Diagram
o Glossary
o Process Decomposition Diagram
o Decision Tables
o Workflow Diagramming
o Use Case Modeling
o User Stories
o Prototyping
o Translate Business Rules into Decision Table Models
o Document AS IS and TO BE processes
o Agility to move between Agile and Waterfall Methodologies as required by the work assignment
Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to:
o Conduct walkthroughs with internal and external teams.
o Elicit requirements
o Produce business functional requirements documents, user interface specifications, use cases, and/or data dictionaries
Knowledge of or skills to perform data analytics, e.g., knowledge of basic SQL queries
Candidate must have knowledge of and experience in leading requirements development work
