Job Description :
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute affiliate partner on-boarding and activation plan to drive incremental traffic & revenue.
Define, design and enforce an affiliate governance policy to align business objectives across internal and external teams.
Manage new affiliate partner relationships with internal team members and coordinate efforts across multiple domains.
Analyze and report on channel marketing results and develop recommendations for continuous optimization.
Monitor affiliate marketing methods to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with program terms and conditions
Drive sizeable portion of traffic and revenue
Build the foundation of distributed ecommerce.
Conduct testing (A/B & Multivariate) to constantly evolve the program
Partner with product and engineering to drive better user experience via enhanced APIs and widgets


REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in SEM/Paid search
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
3+ years of agency/vendor management experience
Knowledge of Music, Theater, and Sports verticals
Experience with DoubleClick Search, Adobe Analytics (Sitecatalyst) and other web analytics platforms.
Degree in Business or Marketing
