Job Description:
ServiceDesk phishing and Certificate requests
SecureWorks
Carbon Black Protection

Work to be Conducted:
Assist with triaging incoming tickets assigned to Information Security. Things like phishing emails or certificate requests.
Assist with triaging tier 2 events and requesting assistance where needed from Secureworks (who provides our 24x7 SOC)
Assist with triaging alerts of malicious files with in Carbon Black Protection on the network, also respond to execution requests.
