Job Description :
SDWAN Support involves, on call support (Level 3/ 4) of Production & Non-Productions Versa environments (15 + Versa environments

Knowledge / Skills set:

Key skills involve Core Networking, Network Troubleshooting, SDWAN / Versa domain, BGP, IPsec.
Understanding of Core networking concepts is a must
Experience in troubleshooting network issues is preferable
Ability / Attitude to quickly learn and understand new areas (like SDWAN)
Detailed Tasks / Focus Areas:

Resolve and fix issues in Versa environments. Issues in the environment can involve/relate to

BGP sessions, GRE tunnels, IPSec issues, IP tables
Component connectivity (Controllers, Analytics)
CPE Onboarding
The issue with Provisioning templates
High Availability related issues
Installation & Upgrade of Versa Platform components
Upgrade of Platform components
Setup of a test bed for upgrade/functionality testing
Installation/Deployment Support - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the launching of the new platform
Involve and drive issues is from VERSA and/or cloud platform
Understand and investigate and resolve the incident
Provide an adequate update in the incident tool
Status update / escalate to Client team
Support BU (CLIPS / NCSO / RM) teams during their testing cycle
Work with BU team for any issues being faced by them accessing Versa environments.
Analyze / Fix issues in Versa environments
Support/drive requirements for tool enhancements (for ex: Provide manual steps to be automated by deployment automation/upgrade automation tool)
