SDLC is the governance process for the life cycle for planning and controlling the development, testing, and
deployment of Investments IT solutions. The SDLC LEAN consultant will identify opportunities to restructure the

software development lifecycle governance process, provide process recommendations
Onsite\Offshore
Onsite – Tampa

Project Roles and Responsibilities

Implement LEAN Framework
Review current processes and recommend improvements based on LEAN principles
Identify SDLC process improvement opportunities

Identify training and other change initiatives to prepare the overall organization for the adoption of LEAN SDLC processes

Define key metrics and develop an approach for capturing the benefits of the Agile approach
Attend and lead meetings; provide project status reporting to management

Primary Skill Set

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of Lean principles and experience in implementing them
Experience in full software development life cycle
Able to work independently towards agreed upon delivery dates
Ability to lead global meetings
