Project Summary:
A one-stop shop for ticketing for our customers. Customers can create a ticket here for any type of account. This product has backend APIs and a UI.
Responsibilities:
Create test plan/test strategy for project or feature being worked on.
Create automated tests based on requirements.
Communicate with development and product teams to understand the product and requirements.
Help add automated tests to the CI/CD pipeline.
Conduct code reviews.

Required Skills (and years of experience): TOP 5 SKILLS NEEDED
Highly skilled in Python, Java or Go
Strong understanding of CI/CD and working experience implementing test code with CI/CD
Strong knowledge of performance testing
High level of knowledge of QA processes and methodologies
Experience working with an agile development process
Strong experience in Git and GitHub.

Preferred Skills: (NICE TO HAVES)
Worked with UI Automation tools
