SDE - Azure Security and Authentication
Ownership
· Meet SDL requirements
· Implement AD access to SQL database from the service programming (F#, PowerShell)
· Implement AD RBAAC
· Move SQL server under VNET https://azure. microsoft. com/en-us/blog/azure-sql-database-vnet-service-e ndpoints-now-in-public-preview/
· Move storage accounts under VNET
· Review authentication stack
· Write unit tests to verify ACLs on all endpoints
· Setup WAF in Azure knowing how to configure templates (PowerShell)
· Investigate how to enable Antivirus in fuzzing lab
Background:
Must be highly fluent in . NET. (F# is not a requirement. But they will have to learn it, so if they’ve done a bit of functional programming in the past and heavy C# they will do great
Ideally, has built or significantly modified authentication services.
Ideally, has knowledge around Azure Active Directory (AAD)
Minimum 7 years SDE experience.
Strong English required.
