Job Description
The Scrum Master is responsible for managing the scrum process within the company. In this position, you will be an integral part of Bytemark's Development Team by ensuring they are able to work effectively within each sprint cycle. The role requires an energetic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication, organization, and technical skills to work cross functionally.

Responsibilities:
Strong hands Agile Coach Experience
Facilitate Scrum Collaborations
Introduce Engineering Practices That Result in Deliverables

Remove impediments for the scrum team and make sure every scrum team member has the right tools to get the deliverables met successfully
Works closely with the Product Owner in achieving sprint goals and delivering product features
Supports the Product Owner with grooming and maintaining the product backlog
Drives Continuous Improvement activities to improve collaboration, communication and efficiency in addition to reducing operational waste
Coaches the Team on Agile Principles and ensures accountability
Facilitates Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Retro
Ability to adapt and champion new and more efficient methods and techniques to meet the needs of the company
Contributes to a positive, productive, fun, and inclusive team environment
Celebrates and markets the team's success
Identifies purposeful metrics and measures team progress
Keeps the team focused on deliverables by removing impediments through Servant Leadership
Works closely with Project Managers to assist with various project administrative functions
Serves as team's JIRA expert
Contributes to creation of onboarding and training material as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field
8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environment
Certified Scrum Master
Expert in estimation and planning.
Good understanding of iterative and incremental development
Deep skills in estimation, story slicing, grooming, and other Agile techniques
Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills
Familiar with JIRA and its application in scrum
Capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion
