Minimum Work Experience: 10+Years

Responsibilities:
Perform testing and record results for pre-release software patches and updates
Ad-hoc reporting on install status of various patches on managed desktops in Configuration Manager 2012
Triage of problems reported by level 1 and 2 support folks (and business unit application support) with Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365, and related applications (including LOB apps and web apps
Coordination of bug submission with relevant level 3 SMEs after collecting all required material.
Have Windows administrator experience and experience with configuring windows systems to comply with the Center for Internet Security (CIS) Windows 10 benchmark configuration or NIST U.S. Government Configuration Baseline (USGCB) hardening standards. –(nice to have)
