Experienced in Planning, Designing, Implementing and troubleshooting of SCCM
Experienced in Windows Server OS Support (2008 and 2012)
Experienced in managing a client / server environment
Managing primary and secondary servers and distribution points in SCCM
Experienced in Server HW.
Trouble shooting skills including logging of issues and root cause definition
Experience in Powershell/VB scripting
Experience in SQL Reporting
Monitor patch releases
Full understanding of downloading and deploying MS patches using WSUS within SCCM
Role Summary:
The role will be involved in support of highly critical production environment and will be engaged in architecture, design and deployment of large range systems along with a team of technically competent professionals.
Responsible in driving the Patching activity and updating the management on status
Demonstrate ownership and responsibility in all assignments
Provide L3 level support
Show adaptability and flexibility in work to suit business requirements
Providing emergency intervention in ITIL lifecycle processes Incident and Problem management to provide 2nd / 3rd level support in response to Major Incidents.
Providing 24X7 production support and available for escalations
