Significant skills and expertise in SCCM Management in an Enterprise Network Environement Required 5 Years

· SCCM packaging and application deployment in an Enterprise Network Required 5 Years

· SCCM deployment of security patches Required 5 Years

· SCCM report and query writing Required 5 Years

· SCCM infrastructure design and deployment (DP’s, Branch Caching, IBCM, MBAM) Required 3 Years

· Scripting with VBS and PowerShell Required 3 Years

· Experience using the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) technologies and Microsoft Deployment Tool Kit (MDT) Highly desired 5 Years

Job Description:

Product Specialist 4 (PS4) - 7 to 8 years relevant experience.

This resource will be required to work Monday through Friday 8:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. Work Location: Pa State Police Department Headquarters, 1800 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110.

Candidate will maintain/enhance the SCCM system currently implemented as well as participate in the design, implementation, and migration to future versions of SCCM. Candidate must also be able to plan, create, deploy, and monitor SCCM packages and OSD task sequences to devices on the network. Candidate will deploy monthly Microsoft security updates using SCCM and maintain compliancy of all networked systems. Candidate will develop custom reports and inventory data as it is requested as well as custom queries. The candidate will also develop and maintain SCCM

The Product Specialist is the expert for a technical development or execution environment product or set of products. The primary responsibility of a Product Specialist is to ensure the availability and facilitate the productive use of a product for Application Teams or end users. The Product Specialist may own part of a product, all of one, or several products depending on the nature of the product(s) and their use. The Product Specialist requires significant to expert experience and skills in the product supported. The Product Specialist will usually also have significant experience in the operating environment(s) (e.g., HP/UX, NT, MVS, etc on which the product is implemented. If the product is one that was internally developed, the supporting PS should also have most of the skills of a Programmer. The Product Specialist is responsible for collaborating with Technical Architecture Specialist, System Specialists, Programmers and vendors to ensure and enhance the use of the product and effect migration to new versions of a product. Candidate will troubleshoot failed application, package, and software update deployments. The candidate will repair SCCM clients that are inactive or fail to report hardware and software scans.
