Title: SCCM Administrator

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Responsibilities:
-Serve as System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Lead Administrator, responsible for performing all aspects of SCCM environment:
-Planning and design of upgrades to the environment and/or migrations
-Addition of new SCCM roles such as new sites, distribution points, software catalog, patching of MS products and third-party vendors, WSUS, management of endpoints over the internet, reporting services, USMT, etc.
-Perform maintenance to the environment such as: indexing, backups, log and alert monitoring.
-Perform and report hardware, software, and server audits to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines
-Packages, tests and applies patches and security updates to Windows servers

Required Skills:
-A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Lead SCCM engineer/administrator.
-Strong working knowledge of IT architectures principles and capabilities. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, good judgment, and an ability to act decisively.
-Ability to work without direct supervision and self-learn.
-Ability to suggest system improvements and optimize existing infrastructure.
-Great attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
-Strong knowledge with the following:
-Best practices related to Active Directory Administration.
-Group policy management (GPOs)
-Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting
-ITIL certified is plus
