Job Description:
HHSC IT System Services End User Computing provide cost effective PC technology and services to approximately 45,000 agency staff and contractors who are working to improve the health, safety and well-being of Texans. Specifically, this contract position for an SCCM Administrator must perform the following:
Contribute to an existing team and project to complete the Windows 10 upgrade and automation
Image Development and SCCM Distribution including task sequencing automation, rules reporting, compliance and software packaging and distribution.
Understand the interoperability between software and Active Directory Group Policy Objects (AD GPOs) including identifying specific GPOs in use, whether or not it is properly configured per the establish Security policy and troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with GPOs.
Use PowerShell for automation and task sequencing programming/scripting.
Administer SCCM Server and CAS Server
Use SQL to query databases
Understand software distribution tools, such as, 1E Nomad.
Other Special Requirements: Windows 10 upgrade automation experience

II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:

Years
Skills/Experience
3 Hands on SCCM CAS Administrator and SCCM Administrator
3 Hands on Windows Server 2008 R2 or 2012 R2
3 Automation for SCCM Image and Software distribution including operating system task sequence upgrades.

Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
3 Understanding of ITIL or ITIL Foundations certification
