Job Title: SAS Technical Resource
Duration : 6 Months (Export Control)
Work Location: Glen Allen, VA / New Orleans, LA / Cincinnati, OH / Van Buren Township, MI.
Relevant Experience: 2-4 (in Yrs)
Technical/Functional Skills:
a. Two or more years of SAS Enterprise Guide application experience (Version 7.1 or greater)
b. Two or more years SQL code development experience (preferably ProcSQL and PostgresSQL)
c. Experience connecting to databases via SAS (and maintain connections)
d. Database administration and UNIX/LINUX administration experience
e. Experience with ETL of disparate data sources from multiple database type (Oracle, MS SQL, Green Plum)
f. Familiarity with Identity and Access Management processes, tools and compliance
Experience Required: 4-7
Roles & Responsibilities
a. Develops system classification for business applications and joins to ancestry from previous quarters in SAS Enterprise Guide (EG) using data from ServiceNow data repository (EDW)
b. Engages with business system classification leaders to reach agreement on application scope quarterly
c. Uses programs he developed in SAS EG to map related assets with ServiceNow data repository (EDW) to identify server and database assets related to SOX, Critical, ISO and FISMA business applications
d. Completes the access harvest and corresponding data processing for UNIX/Linux OS and Oracle Database Instance assets in scope quarterly
e. Performs walkthrough with auditors (internal and third party) of the access review program code and data processes,
f. Ad-HOC query creation and report generation as needed for business partners
g. Troubleshooting and code update as needed
h. Creates and maintains documentation (SOP, WI, code artifact description and sequence)
