Our client, is the world's largest independent multinational biopharmaceutical company, seeks an accomplished SAS Reporting Consultant.


Notes:
Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship.
Client would prefer someone onsite in Thousand Oaks but will consider remote work option.

Description:
Take over daily HR SAS reporting operations. Ensure Metrics Team provides timely, relevant and usable reports to end users.
Leverage deep knowledge of Workday Reporting and/or SAS. Deliver reports based on agreed upon delivery SLAs.
Act as a consultant to HR on the use of Workday/SAS within HR, including data trends, analysis and actionable insights.
Compile/consolidate data; provide complex data analysis on trends, benchmarks, statistics and historical comparisons.
Align with other Metrics Team Members to provide best practices in Workday/SAS HCM Delivery and ensure consistent data interpretation.
Support Metrics team with knowledge sharing and insights into delivering high quality reports/metrics and provide supporting training on tools/technology to end-user/power-user where necessary.
Collaborate with IT to design and deliver new Workday/SAS HCM reporting solutions resulting in greater insights into HR Information, improved delivery efficiency and automation.
Gather business requirements for projects, as well as, maintenance work for HR and HR related reporting and analysis.

Requirements:
SAS Reporting expertise within HR and 3 years of experience. Experience with HR tools and systems.
Person needs to be independent, willing to roll up their sleeves and get work done. Business consulting background, can listen to requirements and build reports, great communication skills.
3+ years of functional experience of SAP HR/Workday.
4+ years of SAS experience i.e. delivering operational and analytical reporting.
Enjoy working with data and statistics. Experience developing custom reports, calculated fields, scorecards, and dashboards in Workday.
Proficient with Information Delivery Tools such as Data Mining (e.g. SAS Experience with time series, regression, and predictive analysis using statistical software is a plus.
