TITLE: SAS Reporting Analyst

Job Specifications
Participate in the development of reports, metrics, models, scorecards, and dashboards by gathering internal data from multiple core sources for HR systems.
Design and development of dashboards/reports to answer relevant business questions and communicate report data in a concise and easy to understand format.
Use knowledge of relational databases to retrieve data from Core HR system(s
Extract data from multiple sources to support data analysis efforts
Experience in developing SAS dashboards for the HR reporting
Code simulations in SAS and provide/present results. Develop new ad-hoc reports based on requirements
Proficient in the use of SAS software to create datasets for analysis from multiple, primary sources; Programming skills should be sufficient for modular programming to support recurring production-level datasets from multiple HR data sources
Write SQL queries for data manipulation, sorting, summarizing and reporting;Identify data sources and build data sets to perform statistical analyses.
Supports and helps to train the HR Reporting Analysts. Advises HR Analytics and Data Management leadership on improvements to analytics and processes.
Participate in the system testing and data validation.

Experience with various enterprise report writing tools
3+ years of experience working with HR systems
5+ years of data analytics experience and proficient with SAS reporting
3+ years of experience of designing Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives.
Proven experience working in an ERP environment (e.g. Lawson, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Infor , SAP preferred
Ability to troubleshoot analytics and work with technical resources to resolve issues.
