Essential Skills:
Experience on the following skillsets-
Minimum 8+ years of experience in statistical programming
- Hands on experience in building SDTM and ADaM datasets
- Create or validate SDTM and ADaM datasets, Tables, Listings, and Figures as per the standards /specifications/SOPs.
- Understand Project requirements and develop programming specifications
- Communicate with multi-disciplinary project teams to complete assigned tasks on time
- Provide training and mentoring to new statistical programming team members
Role Description:
Technical leadership, setting best practices for statistical programming
Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for SDTM & ADaM
Ensuring Projects are executed using agreed standards & processes.
Reviewed and approved all project documentation.
Resolved any problems and issues that arose.
Responsible to monitor and resolve issues and provide feedback to customer
Review project estimates with Management and get approval.
Responsible to monitor and resolve production problems and provide feedback to customer.
Assisting the technical team in their design and development tasks.
Produce an effective plan & risk assessment so that timescales and project costs are underwritten, understood & accepted by all stakeholders.
Desirable Skills Experience and exposure on the following skillsets:
- Good communication & articulation skills
- Good to have Java and SAS programming experience
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with Client IT and Business Team for requirements, solution
- Experience in Lifesciences Statistical processes
- Experience in medium size project estimation, project planning and scheduling
- Experience with GxP applications
