Description:
Role-Senior SAS/Data Analyst.
1. Design, develop, test, document and maintain custom report solutions
2. Collaborate and work closely with Intake team (BIA’s) for the requirements
3. Collaborate with QA and Fulfillment team to meet the end user delivery expectations
4. Troubleshoots data issues, analyzes data for completeness to meet business needs
5. Respond to production issues in a timely manner for a critical deliverables
6. Understand and Support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
7. Troubleshot, debug and tune code as needed for better performance and delivery
What type of education will this candidate need Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
What software skills are needed Strong SQL skills required, SAS development experience required, UNIX, Relational Database, MS Office suite, reporting experience strongly preferred. Candidate must have experience working with large databases and experience with different SAS functions/capabilities (PROC SQL, PROC EXPORT/IMPORT, PROC TRANSPOSE etc
Ideal candidate would have automation experience to include data-driven validation within code for ease of ongoing support.
What are the hours 8-5 M-F Central Time, some flexibility is possible
