Position: SAS CI (Customer Intelligence) Consultant
Location: West Chester , PA
Experience: 6 to 12 yrs


JD:
Support on SAS MA SAS RTDM, Reports.
Support in maintaining the information map libraries and adhoc load.
Support campaign specialists who use SAS CI tools to prepare mailing lists.
Support for existing triggered / scheduled campaign as per Business needs as and when required depending on the available bandwidth.
Administer CI business contexts and campaign resources and templates to support SAS CI campaign management
Fixing the bugs in the campaigns if any and re scheduling them.
Recommendations and implementations to improve the flow execution. For ex., optimizing Workflows, configuration changes in application level to bring down the load on DB server, CPU
Flow Analysis and Resolution for Business and Technology team.
Scheduled / batch job management to monitor the appropriate files movement with the integrated systems.
Management of Disk Space in the SAS servers
Renew or update SAS software and apply hot fixes and Updating license files.
