Detailed Job Description:
Must have :
7+ years of experience in application maintenance & implementation projects, primarily in ISU-FICA module.
Candidate must have BRF Plus hands on experience along with web services. Should be able to handle independently and needs to face the client directly.
Experience with BRF/BRF+ for Dunning by Collection strategy.
Experience across Electricity, Gas & Water Utilities industries in North America & Canada.
Experience in setup of Org Structure, GL setup & Integration
Experience in Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment.
Setup of Direct Debit Payments.
Strong Understanding of Dunning Process, Collection, Installment Plan.
Desirable to have :
Experience with CRM – ISU Integration,
Atleast 3 end to end implementation
Atleast 3 application support projects.
Client Facing experience
Minimum years of experience::
Above 5 years
Certifications Needed: Yes
Btech or MCA. Certification on Netweaver is a plus
