Client - Atos

$75/hr C2C + (travel expenses will be done via a reimbursement program)

HEAVY TRAVEL 90-100% (Mon – Thurs onsite in Olean, NY or Houston, TX. Fri is remote. Travel out on Sun/Mon, travel home on Thurs/Fri

· FI, CO, MM, WM, PP, QM, SD, PS, CS/SM, PLM are the modules.

· Each Trainer is responsible for 1 AP Module only

SAP Training Consultant (Multiple Openings)
Houston, TX and Olean, NY
6-9 month contract

Experienced SAP Training Developer for contract position; duration 6-9 months. Prefer candidates who live in either the Houston, TX or Greater Buffalo, NY area but will consider others. Most work will be performed in Olean NY or Houston TX. Some work can be completed remotely but most will be completed on site with the Project Teams, so travel is required.

Core Responsibilities
Analyzing training requirements and provide input to the learning curriculum
Developing a deep understanding of the client business processes to incorporate into end user training materials
Developing student guides, exercises, course presentations, job aids, quick reference guides, on line help documentation and other training documentation as required
Collaborating with process owners and subject matter experts to develop courseware and documentation
Collaborating with the process owners & subject matter experts to document new business processes, related policies and procedures
Developing and testing all exercises and demonstrations prior to training delivery
Facilitating the transfer of knowledge to Client Key User trainers
Providing support and guidance to Key User trainers

Required Skills/Experience
Five to ten years’ experience working with SAP (5 years at a super user level)
Minimum five years’ experience in the development of SAP system training materials
Ability to work closely with clients and subject matter experts to develop materials
Strong written and verbal skills in English
Understanding of the quality review process related to course materials
Ability to meet deadlines and manage concurrent tasks with minimal supervision
Understanding of the integration between training, security and organizational design
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) applications developing instructor-led courseware on three or more client engagements
Experience analyzing training requirements and developing training curricula
Experience loading and building data to support delivery of classroom training
Experience using one or more of the following training material authoring tools:
o User Productivity Kit (UPK) is preferred
o uPerform (Productivity Pak)
o Resite
Experience delivering instructor-led training
Experience in developing end user training materials for one or more of the following modules
o Finance – FI
o Controlling – CO
o Project Systems – PS
o Sales and Distribution – SD
o Customer Service – Service Order Processing – CS/SM
o Materials Management – MM
o Warehouse Management – WM
o Production Planning – PP
o Quality Management – QM
o Product Lifecycle Management – PLM

Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or graduate level coursework) in Training, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Human Performance Technology or related field.
